Holistic Coaching
Holistic Coaching
A structured approach that combines the Anchor-Based Approach (ABA) with guided breathwork and other somatic tools — designed to create holistic change.
Assessment
We begin by getting clear on what you want from this process — and identifying the behaviours and patterns that are getting in the way.
Education
You’ll be introduced to the core concepts and structure of the ABA method — a practical framework for understanding how your beliefs, emotions, and behaviours interact, and how to start shifting them through conscious action.
Identifying Self-Sabotaging Patterns
Together, we’ll name the behaviours, habits, and reactions that are working against you — the ones that keep pulling you off track or stuck in loops.
Challenging Old Patterns
This is where change begins. Using a personalised blueprint, we’ll create small, specific actions to start shifting your behaviour in real life — not just in theory.
Practice
Between sessions, you’ll start applying your blueprint. I’ll support you to stay accountable, work through resistance, and track the changes as they unfold.
Consolidation
Once things start shifting, we’ll look at how to embed what’s working. You’ll walk away with tools, insight, and a system you can return to anytime life throws you off balance.
ABA coaching can run anywhere from a few weeks to a few months, depending on your goals. The aim isn’t to keep you in the chair — it’s to give you the structure, skills, and clarity to move forward on your own.
You’ll leave with a practical framework for understanding your behavior, managing your energy, and staying in control of your life.
Breathwork as a Key Ingredient
We integrate guided breathwork into sessions as both a self-regulation tool and a bridge between insight and embodiment. These practices help regulate the nervous system, support emotional release, and anchor the process in your body — not just your mind.
