Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy

A powerful catalyst for healing, insight, and transformation

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy (P-AT) combines the depth of holistic therapy with the profound potential of psychedelic medicines like MDMA and psilocybin.

These journeys can open doors — to healing trauma, accessing deeper emotional clarity, and reconnecting with a sense of meaning and direction. With the right preparation and guidance, the experience can shift patterns that may have felt immovable for years.

Many people are drawn to this work when other approaches haven’t fully landed, or when they feel ready to explore healing in a more expansive, embodied way. If that’s you, this might be the next step.

MDMA-Assisted Therapy

MDMA is a psychoactive empathogen — a medicine that works on the emotional and somatic layers of our experience. The sensation is often one of warmth, love, and safety. These are the exact conditions under which the body and psyche are able to heal.

MDMA is particularly effective in treating PTSD. It allows you to revisit traumatic memories while feeling safe, supported, and connected — creating space for reframing and release.

By lowering the defences of the ego mind, this medicine makes it possible to engage with painful material without becoming overwhelmed. When used in a therapeutic setting, with the right intention and preparation, MDMA can help dissolve shame, restore self-trust, and open the heart.

Psilocybin (Mushroom) Therapy

Mushrooms carry a more spiritual, visionary quality. They expand our awareness and invite us to see ourselves — and our lives — from new perspectives.

This medicine often brings a sense of clarity and purpose. For many, it feels like clearing away the noise of the past to illuminate a more aligned path forward. Psilocybin can be deeply emotional, visual, even cosmic — but always rooted in personal meaning.

These journeys don’t bypass pain — they often help surface what’s been hidden — but they do so in a way that connects us to our inner wisdom. In the right setting, with guidance and care, this kind of experience can be profoundly healing.

The 4-Part Process

Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy is a structured process that unfolds over four key stages.
Each phase plays an important role in preparing, guiding, and integrating the experience.

Before anything else, we’ll connect for a Discovery Call to get to know each other and determine if this work is a good fit. I’ll ask a few screening questions to make sure it’s safe and appropriate — and you’ll have space to ask anything on your mind.

This in-person session helps prepare your body and intention. We’ll use guided breathwork, talk therapy (usually through Compassionate Inquiry), and create a clear foundation for the journey ahead.
Working one-on-one with MDMA and/or mushrooms in a safe, grounded setting. You’ll be supported throughout the process, with space to explore what arises.
A week or two after your journey, we reconnect to reflect, make meaning, and anchor your insights into real life. This session helps translate the experience into grounded shifts — in behaviour, awareness, and direction.
Skipping integration is like getting knee surgery and skipping rehab — the journey opens the door, but change happens in what comes after.
